Here we know that the same therapeutic massage isn't right for every client, so we take the time to go over your history and tailor a session that meets your specific needs.

At Crunch we rarely do a full-body session in one hour. Instead, our approach is to focus treatments on individual problem areas, devoting the time, attention, and expertise needed to provide real relief. We understand that if you've got pain or tension in the upper back or neck, that's what we'd like to spend the session working on.
